Nafissa Tracy adalah Dosen Tadris Bahasa Inggris dengan latar pendidikan S1 dari IAIN Jember (2019) dan S2 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dari Universitas Islam Malang. Ia fokus pada English Language Teaching (ELT) dan English for Young Learners (EYL), serta aktif mengembangkan metode pengajaran inovatif. Nafissa juga memiliki minat dalam public speaking sebagai keterampilan penting untuk membangun kepercayaan diri dan komunikasi efektif.
